ESA is proud to have Craig Broadhead join our team as the Northwest Biological Resources and Land Management Business Group Director. With over 25 years of public and private experience as an environmental leader, Craig specializes in building, growing, and leading teams of environmental staff from multiple disciplines to successfully navigate complex regulatory challenges and deliver projects. Based out of our Seattle office but living in Ellensburg, Craig will support and grow the Northwest team into the inland geography and beyond.  

His technical expertise includes leading, developing and implementing environmental market and business growth strategies, recruiting top talent that drives business, empowering staff, overseeing project financial performance and teaching project managers. His skills also include completing and directing environmental resource studies, planning and permitting for Federal, State, and local agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing environmental compliance services during construction, and working collaboratively with internal and external partners.
