In practice since 1995, Meredith has assisted both public agencies and private clients in navigating policy development, regulatory and environmental compliance, and permitting for projects throughout the West. Her success over the years hinges on a proactive approach, focusing on identifying challenges early through the integration of policy, compliance and permitting during all phases of project development, from planning through construction.

Meredith has extensive federal, state, and local compliance experience on water and other infrastructure projects in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Texas and New Mexico. She has managed water supply, water conservation, recycled water, and ecosystem restoration projects; integrated water management planning; and NEPA/CEQA and permitting for multi-benefit projects and programs.

Her expertise includes environmental permit strategy development, regulatory agency coordination, preparation of compliance documents and permit application packages, negotiation of permit conditions, and implementation of mitigation measures. She is managing the acquisition of permits from regulatory agencies such as the USACE, USFWS, and NMFS.

Meredith earned a bachelor of science degree in Human Nutrition and Food Science from New Mexico State University, and Juris Doctor degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento.
