As Vice President and Senior Program Manager, Meredith has 30 years of experience in federal, state, and local regulatory compliance and permitting for policies, plans, and projects across multiple markets—including water, energy, natural resource management, community development, and transportation—spanning various states (California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Texas, and New Mexico).
Meredith is recognized as an industry leader in regulatory compliance, adept at integrating policy and compliance throughout all phases of project development from planning to construction. She specializes in developing regulatory compliance strategies for CEQA, NEPA, and SEPA and permitting.
Her expertise includes environmental permit strategy development, regulatory agency coordination, preparation of compliance documents and permit application packages, negotiation of permit conditions, and implementation of mitigation measures. She is managing the acquisition of permits from regulatory agencies such as the USACE, USFWS, and NMFS.
Meredith earned a bachelor of science degree in Human Nutrition and Food Science from New Mexico State University, and Juris Doctor degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento.
