Environmental Science Associates (ESA), a leading West Coast environmental science and planning firm, announced today that PCR Services Corporation, a Southern California-based multi-disciplinary environmental consulting firm has joined ESA. The merger supports ESA’s strategy to deepen our technical expertise and broadens our reach as we continue to meet growing client demands throughout Southern California.
