Liz provides expert project management, software development, and data analysis services. In the project planning phases, she excels at facilitating large groups to capture, organize, and analyze workflows, requirements, and desired outcomes. She is also an expert in helping clients track progress of conservation efforts to meet regulatory guidelines.
Liz leads a delivery team building data management solutions and custom software applications. In this role, she sets the vision and manages the scope, schedule, and budget for municipal, regional, and state agency customers. She leads our work for clients including Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and Puget Sound Partnership.
Liz’s doctoral degree in Geology and Geophysics gives her a strong foundation in data science and analysis.
