Employment Application
When applying for employment with ESA through our online application process or an employment agency working on our behalf, applicants are required to provide personally identifiable information including name and email address. The information you provide to us as part of your application will be used to route your application and resume to the correct hiring manager and to contact the references you provide. Resumes and applications will be kept on file indefinitely and will be reviewed periodically by ESA human resources (HR) staff members and hiring managers to determine your suitability for employment.
ESA offers you the option to engage in SMS text conversations about your job application. By participating, you also understand that message frequency may vary depending on the status of your job application, and that message and data rates may apply. By opting-in to receive SMS text messages about your job application, you acknowledge and agree that your consent data, mobile number, and personal information will be collected and stored solely for the purpose of providing you with updates and information related to your job application. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Email Contact
When you contact us by clicking on the email address of one of the persons listed on our site and sending an email, the email you send will contain your email address and may contain your name, telephone number or other information you provide. We will use this information to reply to your email and may store it and use it to contact you in the future.
ESA Solutions
Clients, vendors and subcontractors opting to use our secure collaborative web environments, ESA Solutions, supply ESA with personally identifiable information that include first and last names and email addresses. This contact data is stored in a secure location and is only shared with project team members.
Technical Support
Access to the ESA online technical support area at assistance@esassoc.com requires users to provide personally identifiable information including name, phone and email address. The personally identifiable information you provide to ESA when you submit a question to our Information Technology (IT) support staff is used to route your question to the support agent best able to provide you assistance and to associate your incident with your company and your incident history.

Cookies
Like many web sites, our Site uses cookies—small text files stored on your computer by your browser.
