As a Senior Vice President, Ayo oversees ESA’s People and Culture programs. She leads the development of comprehensive human resources (HR) programs to enhance company culture and employee engagement, to support meaningful career and leadership development for ESA’s employee-owners, and to link HR solutions to business strategy.

Ayo is an accomplished senior HR professional with over 20 years of experience. In her prior roles in the legal and health care professional services industries, she led skills enhancement and leader development programs, built organizational initiatives to increase employee engagement, and facilitated a hybrid remote workforce model during the pandemic.

A partner to ESA’s executive management team, Ayo leads the firm’s HR function, developing strategic people-centered HR programs integral to ESA’s operations, business goals, and future growth. Her work focuses on workforce planning, building the future talent pipeline, supporting employee relations initiatives, employer branding, and leading HR compliance and risk management strategies. Ayo is committed to enhancing ESA’s employee-focused culture and strengthening the firm’s open and supportive workplace by fostering connections among employee-owners across more than 20 offices in Northern and Southern California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Southeastern United States.

Ayo holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology from California State University, East Bay and a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Employment Law from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
