With more than 20 years of experience leading the environmental review process for large-scale planning and development projects across an array of industries, Tamseel leads the Southern California team of Community Development specialists. Tamseel’s career has focused on the preparation of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), CEQA+, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation.

Leading all phases of the project planning and environmental review process, including budget allocations, community engagement, and project team management, her experience spans infrastructure, transportation, institutional, residential, recreational, and mixed-use projects. Tamseel’s clients have included the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering, County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and several municipalities in Los Angeles County. She has also managed several California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Local Assistance projects.

Tamseel is passionate about advancing diverse viewpoints in the environmental consulting industry and has led Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. She is a member of the Association of Environmental Professionals (AEP) and Women in Transportation (WTS).
