In addition to serving on ESA’s Board of Directors, Tad’s 49-year career includes consulting, public sector, and non-profit roles. He has been very involved in transportation planning, comprehensive planning, environmental planning, and water resources. Tad’s non-profit experience was as the president of Commuter Transportation Services, Inc. in Los Angeles. That 120-person firm specialized in carpooling, vanpooling, transit, alternative work arrangements, variable work hours, and related transportation demand management strategies. His experience leading projects in 20 states gives him an understanding of a broad range of clients, geographies, and different project requirements.
