Suzanne has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant, program manager, data and policy analyst addressing problems at the intersection of environmental science, community development, public policy and education. She leads ESA’s Geospatial Services Team in Northern California to provide clients with remote sensing and spatial data analysis and visualization, data management, and web-based applications development.

Suzanne is adept at translating client technical needs into user-friendly data dashboards, guidelines and trainings to convey complex information to general public audiences. Her recent focus has been on climate change and flood hazard, using numerical modeling, GIS and remote sensing technologies to identify hazard exposure and assess socio-economic vulnerability. Suzanne also has extensive experience facilitating large multi-stakeholder planning processes and managing project teams to implement software development, strategic business planning, communications, policy and regulatory reform initiatives.

She has received a Masters degree in Geosciences from San Francisco State University.
