Susan is a strategic planner and ecosystem recovery specialist who integrates conservation and endangered species management, funding strategies, and goal-oriented facilitation to make client needs become a reality.
As a conservation biologist, Susan has more than 18 years of experience in ecosystem and endangered species management. Her focus is the interface between science and policy, developing plans to manage species, food webs, and water resources, and identifying funding strategies and developing programs to increase the scale and pace of on-the-ground actions.
Susan earned a Master of Science degree in Conservation Biology from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Detroit Mercy. She is also a member of the Society for Conservation Biology and the Conservation Coaches Network.
