Susan has 38 years of experience in data management and analysis. Her areas of expertise include statistical analysis, database development and maintenance, data quality assurance and quality control, and development of graphic data presentation. In 1999, Susan co-founded Janicki Environmental—acquired by ESA in December 2023—to provide consulting services to public and private entities in the areas of water supply, watershed management and planning, and aquatic ecology.
Susan has been heavily involved in data management and analysis pertaining to water quality issues related to Florida’s Impaired Water Rule, Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs), Minimum Flows and Levels (MFLs), development of Basin Management Action Plans, and Numeric Nutrient Criteria development.
