Stephanie specializes in regulatory permit acquisition and environmental compliance. She has more than 20 years’ experience as a regulatory permitting consultant and three years as a regulator with the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board. As a regulatory permitting specialist, she is skilled in the understanding, acquisition, and implementation of federal and State regulatory permitting processes (Clean Water Act Sections 401 and 404, Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, and Fish and Game Code 1600), jurisdictional delineations, and impacts to aquatic resources and water quality.
Stephanie is an experienced project manager, ensuring the execution of overall team management/coordination and communication, task assignments, and quality assurance/quality control of deliverable products. Her project experience includes transportation infrastructure (rail, bridge, roads/culverts), trails, slope stabilization, geotechnical activities, energy and industrial, and residential projects.
She holds a Master of Arts in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Law and Policy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California.
