Meagan is an experienced project manager and architectural historian who has worked with both public and private clients to design and undertake large-scale surveys, nominations, and compliance and planning documents. Her focus areas include gathering community and institutional knowledge; designing architectural surveys; mapping community goals and visions; and making recommendations to support preservation efforts based on community input, local history, code review, and best practices. She is experienced in organizing team-oriented research and survey efforts and developing protocols for data standardization. A skilled researcher and writer, Meagan regularly develops a variety of documents ranging from historic contexts to code recommendations and presents findings to councils and review boards. Meagan meets the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Architectural History.
