Mark is a water resources engineer with over 25 years of experience in creek and wetland restoration design, stormwater management, hydraulic engineering, and construction management. Mark is also well-versed in environmental impact/CEQA review, surface and groundwater hydrology, field data collection, water quality, and remediation. He combines his diverse technical expertise with his project management skills to effectively address client needs.
He specializes in developing construction documents (plans, specifications and estimates) for creek and wetland restoration and stormwater management projects and is known across Northern California for his innovative designs. He has also performed flood assessments, developed restoration design guidelines, and developed stormwater treatment designs. He has managed construction and monitoring at a number of wetland restorations in the San Francisco Bay-Delta including the Dutch Slough Wetland Restoration Project, Oro Loma Ecotone Horizontal Levee, and the South Bay Salt Ponds Restoration Project.
