Lindsey is a hydrologist and coastal engineer specializing in sea-level rise planning and the restoration of coastal and estuarine ecosystems.
Her work includes managing projects while conducting and overseeing numerical modeling, GIS analysis, field data collection, and hydrologic, geomorphic, and water and sediment quality technical analyses in support of shoreline and tidal wetland restoration projects and assessments of coastal processes.
Lindsey earned a Master of Science degree in Environmental Fluid Mechanics and Hydrology from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is a registered professional engineer in California, Washington, and Oregon.
