Lindsay is a Senior Environmental Scientist for ESA’s Biological Resources and Land Management practice in Tampa, Florida. She brings a robust background in the public and non-profit sector, with 22 years experience in research, policy, communications, and stakeholder facilitation. She effectively communicates scientific information to decision makers to improve management of natural resources. She has worked closely with the agricultural, landowner, and regulated community to accelerate funding for and protection of conservation and working landscapes. She is adept at facilitating stakeholder and working groups, report writing, and technical editing.
Lindsay prepares regional ecosystem management plans, including the Dauphin Island West End Bird Management Plan and the Choctawhatchee Bay Estuary Program Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan. She performs biological surveys and restoration oversight for construction and restoration projects in the greater Tampa Bay area.
