Her work encompasses water supply, treatment and reuse projects, as well as storm water, groundwater, and watershed management for a diverse range of public and private sector clients. She specializes in California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation and develops effective CEQA compliance strategies for streamlined environmental review. She can navigate complex regulatory landscapes, incorporating her technical proficiency in environmental permits, such as Clean Water Act Section 404 (USACE) and Section 401 (RWQCB) certifications, California Fish and Game Code Section 1600 agreements (CDFW), and comprehensive NPDES storm water permitting for construction, municipal, and industrial operations.
As a Certified Project Manager, Jennifer excels in leading large, multi-disciplinary teams on complex assignments, successfully managing project budgets exceeding $1,000,000 while consistently delivering results on time and within budget.
