As a principal associate at ESA, Elijah manages a variety of different projects involving water resources infrastructure, energy and transmission infrastructure, open space and recreation management, and coastal land use policy and planning.
Elijah has 18 years of experience working on environmental planning projects with a focus on coastal resource planning and regulatory compliance. His responsibilities primarily include project management and technical support in the areas of CEQA, NEPA, environmental regulatory permitting for a variety of project types throughout California.
Elijah holds a Master of Science in natural resources policy and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He also holds a Bachelor of Art in environmental studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
