Eddie is an environmental engineer specializing in the analysis of hydrodynamic processes in wetlands and estuarine systems. He conducted both his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering with an emphasis on Environmental Fluid Mechanics.

His work at ESA includes hydrologic analysis, numerical modeling, geomorphic studies, and engineering design in support of coastal, wetland, and estuarine management and restoration projects in the San Francisco Bay and Delta and along the Pacific Coast.
