Bryan Flynn has 20 years of professional experience in coastal engineering, hydrographic surveying, permitting, project management, and construction administration. His areas of expertise include permitting, shoreline protection and coastal restoration, coastal monitoring, beach nourishment, inlet processes, dredging and navigation.

Bryan has served as the project manager and/or lead engineer on challenging projects involving multiple stakeholders for clients including water management districts, municipalities, ports, inlet districts, private corporations, and federal and state governments in Florida, the Caribbean, Louisiana, Texas, and Delaware.

Bryan is a member of the Florida Shore and Beach Preservation Association.
