Brock is a soil and wetland scientist with over 21 years of professional experience. She has specialized in projects involving permitting and environmental analysis, restoration planning and design, and mitigation planning and design. Brock has managed a variety of complex projects and is adept at coordinating and collaborating with project teams and stakeholders through all phases of a project’s life cycle.
Brock holds a Wetland Science and Management Certificate from the University of Washington, Seattle and earned her Bachelor of Science in Plant and Soil Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a member of the Florida Association of Environmental Soil Scientists and the Society of Wetland Scientists.
