Amy is the co-founder, Board Chair, and current Chief Strategy Officer at Propeller, an award-winning management consulting firm headquartered in Portland, Oregon. During Amy’s tenure as CEO until 2023, the firm consistently earned recognition such as the Portland Business Journal’s Fastest-Growing and Most Admired Company and Fortune Magazine’s Great Place to Work. Amy played a key role in transitioning Propeller to an employee-owned (ESOP) and certified woman-owned business. In her current role as CSO, Amy supports the firm’s growth in five markets serving many enterprise clients, including several Fortune 500 companies.
Holding an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a Director certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Amy is passionate about guiding companies through transformative change and long-term growth, with an emphasis culture, firm performance, and innovation.
