Alisa is the Northern California Water Business Group Director and has served as an ESA Board member since 2022. She is the Chair of the Board’s Governance Committee. Alisa oversees a team of nearly 30 water specialists and is a project manager and compliance specialist for large-scale resource management and facilities projects. Alisa has led some of ESA’s largest, most complex projects and contracts, ensuring a high level of quality and meeting challenging deadlines and budgets. Her passion is delivering projects that intersect and balance water and natural resources with public open space use and other public interests and needs.
Collaborating with, spending time with, and supporting/being supported by all the great folks at ESA has driven Alisa’s 26-year career with ESA, along with the pleasure of seeing projects through from inception to serving the beneficial purposes intended. She is passionate about diversifying our industry, supporting/creating opportunities for employee-owners to grow as professionals and leaders; and sharing how cool the environmental industry is. She looks forward to a future where our industry is representative of the communities we work in and for.
