Alisa oversees a team of nearly 30 water specialists and is a project manager and compliance specialist for large-scale resource management and facilities projects. She currently serves as a Trustee for ESA’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan, is a member of ESA’s BIPOC Committee, and is a co-manager of our DEI Internship Program in Northern California.
Alisa has led some of ESA’s largest, most complex projects and contracts, ensuring a high level of quality and meeting challenging deadlines and budgets. Her passion is delivering projects that intersect and balance resource management and recreational use, including projects for the National Park Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, U.S. Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, and state, regional, and local recreation and public land management agencies.
Alisa is an expert in the evaluation of visual and social resources and her expertise was essential to award-winning projects, including the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Biosolids Digester Facilities Project EIR, National Park Service Merced Wild and Scenic River EIS, and the America’s Cup EIR and EA.
