Al Spiers has served on ESA’s Board of Directors since 2015. He is currently the CEO of 2020 Environmental Group, a management consulting and M&A advisory firm to the environmental industry. Formed in 2010, 2020 Env has advised over 100 environmental firms on their strategic growth, financial performance and M&A transactions. Al holds a B.S. in Biology/Chemistry from Lakeland University, a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, and Executive Management Programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
