Neal Wolfe, JD, SFP
As part of our airport practice, Neal brings more than 16 years of experience in airport asset and facilities management, and airfield, air quality, noise, environmental, sustainability, resilience, and energy management planning.
Neal specializes in long-term sustainability and resilience planning at airports, with extensive experience in air quality and noise modeling and preparing state and federal environmental grant funding opportunities. He is also highly experienced in performing geometric glint and glare studies related to solar photovoltaic (PV) arrays, developing new and analyzing existing aircraft arrival and departure procedures, and solving environmentally-based scientific and legal problems.
Before his career in consulting, Neal was the director of a high-containment microbiological research facility and also served as a team leader in the U.S. Army Rangers, where he participated in multiple overseas deployments with distinction.
Neal has earned a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics from the University of Cincinnati, and a Juris Doctor degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
