At ESA, Dave serves as a senior project manager of water resources technical studies, reports, and environmental documents for local and regional water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects.
Dave brings almost 15 years of water and environmental planning experience to ESA’s NorCal Water Practice. As a water resources specialist, Dave has gained technical expertise throughout California and parts of the southwestern United States specializing in preparation of water resource technical reports including urban water management plans, water supply assessments/verifications, commercial and industrial water use studies, storm water pollution prevention plans, and groundwater resources impact assessments.
David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Water Resources and a minor in Oceanography from California State University, Sacramento. He is also a member of the Association of Environmental Professionals, American Water Works Association, and Mountain Counties Water Resources Association.
