Colin Worsley, PWS, is a Principal Wetland Ecologist and Project Manager with more than 25 years of experience leading wetland, critical areas, and environmental permitting and compliance projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, with a particular focus on the Puget Sound region. His background working as a project manager for both consulting firms and public agencies provides him with deep expertise in project strategy, coordination, and delivery. Colin is recognized for his collaborative approach, strong leadership, and ability to consistently deliver high‑quality outcomes. He excels at managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and works effectively with clients, agency staff, stakeholders, and internal project teams.

Throughout his career, Colin has successfully managed complex environmental projects across a wide range of infrastructure types, including trails, parks, local roadways, highways, bridges, light rail systems, utility and energy corridors, airports, and wastewater treatment facilities. He has a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations and is highly experienced with permitting processes.

As a wetland scientist, Colin’s work has focused on wetland delineation, classification, assessment, and management; regulatory permitting; and construction and post‑construction monitoring. He is experienced in evaluating and documenting environmental impacts for a variety of technical reports, including critical areas reports, wetland delineation reports, and wetland mitigation plans.

Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in botany from the University of Washington, a certificate in Wetland Science and Management from the University of Washington, and is a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) through the Society of Wetland Scientists.
