Jacky provides data analysis and product support for technology systems and software development. With over 5 years of experience, her work has focused in the Central Valley environments of California, specializing in compliance projects centered around transportation, levee repair and construction projects, and restoration. As a full-time Product Owner, Jacky supports delivery systems operation and maintenance, feature development, and working with clients to ensure contract needs are fulfilled and that efforts remain on track. She also supports biological and land management efforts with the requirements gathering process, creation, and management of data collection, and dashboarding products.
Jacky previously worked as a field biologist, and this experience lends her a unique skillset that allows her to bridge the gap between software technologist and environmental scientists. She has supported in the development and operation of many software platforms including Beacon, ESA’s Environmental Commitments & Compliance Tracking Dashboard System, the Mitigation and Monitoring and Reporting Program for Los Angeles World Airports, the GeoOptix Platform for Data Collection, and Info Platforms for Puget Sound and Lake Tahoe.
