Kristin has more than 20 years of experience collecting and analyzing hydrobiological data (hydrology, biology, water quality) from estuaries throughout Florida. Her areas of expertise include implementation of monitoring programs, watershed assessments (status and trends), data management and analysis, and fisheries biology.
In addition to her roles in large hydrobiological monitoring programs in estuaries of southwest Florida, Kristin has worked in estuarine systems around the state, with focus on the evaluation of Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs), analyses of status and trends of water quality and water quantity, Minimum Flows and Levels (MFLs) development, and the effects of altered hydrology on estuarine systems.
