The effects of climate change will continue to impact natural ecosystems and built infrastructure throughout the 21st century.

Fluctuating sea levels and changing rainfall patterns will influence flood hazard risks and coastal erosion, impacting infrastructure vulnerability, water supply, and river and tidal wetland restoration. To enable sustainable living in the future, communities have started to address these climate change impacts and transform how they manage scarce resources and land uses. ESA has developed a range of services to address the impacts and plan for climate change, from project implementation and regional planning to international policy guidance.
