Annette directs all aspects of the firm’s human resources from recruitment and retention to compliance and professional development. With more than 30 years of experience at ESA, Annette has touched virtually all aspects of corporate operations and personnel management, advanced her education, and assumed an increasingly valuable leadership role in corporate operations. She has assisted in ESA’s growth from a single office in San Francisco with 65 staff members to our current 21 offices employing nearly 600 people. Annette holds a Master of Science in human resource management from Golden Gate University, a Bachelor of Arts in business management from St. Mary’s College, and a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of San Francisco.
