As a landscape architect in ESA’s Northwest Region, Steve works on all aspects of the design process, from guiding the development of master plans to producing construction documents. He works on a variety of project types at a multitude of spatial scales.

Steve has more than 17 years of experience in natural resources and landscape architecture, with a strong background in park and open space planning and design, facilitation and public involvement, native planting design, habitat enhancement, and work with multi-disciplinary teams.

Steve earned Master and Bachelor of Liberal Arts degrees in landscape architecture and a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental studies, all from the University of Oregon. He is a Professional Landscape Architect in Washington and Oregon and is a part of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
