As the Pacific Northwest’s Water Resources Group Director, Lisa partners with clients to find workable solutions to the complex, and often controversial, permitting and documentation requirements for their infrastructure projects.
Lisa brings 32 years of experience preparing environmental documents including SEPA/NEPA impact statements, checklists and assessments, as well as a wide array of environmental permit applications. In addition to her management role, she has technical experience evaluating impacts associated with all types of municipal projects including water and wastewater management, transportation, housing development, and groundwater management. She specializes in the federal, state, and local environmental documentation and permitting associated with infrastructure projects, as well as linear projects crossing multiple jurisdictional boundaries.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Western Washington University. She is a member of the Washington Chapter of the American Water Resources Association, the Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association, and the Water Environment Federation.
