The office is staffed with planners and environmental scientists well-versed in the full range of services needed to support public and private clients, including airport and highway noise studies, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, aviation planning, wildlife hazard management, mitigation services, listed species coordination, integrated water resources, watershed planning and the application of federal/state/local environmental regulations. The Tampa office continues to support local clients including St. Petersburg – Clearwater International Airport, Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, Tampa Bay Estuary Program, Tampa Bay Water and the Florida Department of Transportation. This office also serves as the base for ESA’s contract with the Gulf Consortium to meet the requirements of the RESTORE Act by developing a State Expenditure Plan for economic and environmental recovery of the Gulf coast in Florida following the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
