Environmental Science Associates (ESA), a leading environmental consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Alisa Moore has been promoted to Director of our Bay Area Water Group, which serves large- and small-scale water agency clients throughout the greater Bay Area and Northern California.

Alisa has 22 years of experience managing environmental compliance for large-scale resource management and facilities projects, and is a key member of the Northern California Water and Energy Practice management team. She has led some of ESA’s largest, most complex projects and contracts, ensuring a high level of quality and meeting challenging deadlines and budgets. Alisa’s passion is delivering projects that intersect and balance resource management and recreational use. Her experience includes the Vista Grande Canal/Lake Merced Management Plan EIR/EIS, Beach Chalet Athletic Fields Renovation, SFPUC Westside Recycled Water and San Francisco Groundwater Supply Projects, and the Lake Almaden Project EIR. Alisa is an expert in the evaluation of social resources and her expertise was essential to the award-winning National Park Service Merced Wild and Scenic River EIS.
