Joe is a botanist specializing in plant, wetland, and restoration ecology. He has extensive experience planning, implementing and adaptively managing restoration projects. His focused survey experience includes special-status and invasive plants, complete botanical inventories, wetland delineations, and habitat mapping.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Hobart College in Geneva, New York.
