Molly Adolfson

As senior vice president, sustainability officer, and Pacific Northwest Water leader, Molly directs a regional approach to Pacific Northwest planning, management and regulatory compliance for water supply, wastewater and water resources projects.

Molly brings more than three decades of experience in environmental consulting including managing and/or authoring more than 30 environmental impact statements in addition to dozens of other environmental analyses and studies. Working with a variety of project types, Molly is well respected for her expertise in SEPA/NEPA evaluations, and her ability to effectively communicate with regulators and the public.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in environmental science from Western Washington University’s Huxley College of the Environment. She’s a member of the American Water Resources Association, Water Environment Federation, Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association, and board of directors for the Puget Sound Restoration Fund. She is on the associate board of directors for the Western Washington University’s Huxley College of Environmental Studies.
