Tim has over 22 years of experience as a Program Manager, Business Analyst, and Product Manager, culminating in his current position as Product Owner (PO). This customer-facing role is charged with actively deepening client relationships by clearly defining requirements, communicating progress, creatively solving issues, and analyzing and supporting improved monitoring practices and data analytics. The PO position shares project management responsibilities with the Project Manager; POs are generally responsible to manage the scope, timeline, and budget for development team efforts. As a PO, Tim gathers and organizes all project requirements and sets the day-to-day expectations to keep development efforts on track. He manages processes for product design, quality assurance, and project communications and information systems. He is responsible for organizing/implementing client-focused data management and analysis activities, and coordination with the development team to facilitate quality decision making.
