Eric has served as project director or project manager on numerous water resources planning assignments for more than 35 years. The majority of these projects have involved complicated scopes and large teams of subconsultants, including engineering and environmental specialists, with a focus on desalinization projects in the last decade.
He has developed and implemented planning methodologies, and has facilitated clients and their communities in policy-level decision-making processes. Eric has directed the analyses of natural resource parameters for right-of-way studies, river corridor studies, and recreational developments. He also has prepared a considerable amount of environmental documentation to meet FERC, CEQA and NEPA requirements.
