Christina is an experienced project manager and environmental planner. She is skilled in managing and preparing environmental documents for compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) with an emphasis on transportation, land use, and development projects.

Christina regularly leads multidisciplinary teams on complex and controversial projects for public and private clients. As a certified planner through American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), she brings expertise in planning and environmental regulations related to transportation, infrastructure, and development projects.

Throughout her career she has worked on Caltrans guidance for environmental document preparation, the Caltrans Local Assistance procedures, local zoning ordinances, General Plans, Specific Plans, Habitat Conservation and Natural Communities Conservation Plans, and the California Coastal Act.

Known for excellent client service, exemplary communication, and attention to detail, Christina has a proven track record for developing strong relationships with the clients and communities she works with and successfully delivering projects.
