Alexandra has over 11 years of experience in the preparation of environmental compliance evaluations under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for a variety of developers, agencies, and utility clients throughout California and the West. Along with a planning and regulatory background, she has technical expertise in the areas of environmental justice, land use and zoning, utilities and infrastructure, social sciences, and energy conservation.

Alexandra holds a Master of Arts in urban planning from the University of California, Los Angeles Luskin School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in peace and conflict studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
