Historic architectural and landscape resources bring an intangible value to our society, environment, and local communities.

As time passes, the identification and preservation of historic resources becomes increasingly important. ESA provides professional consulting services to assist project applicants and property owners in reducing impacts to these resources and to meet preservation requirements for rehabilitation/adaptive-reuse or redevelopment projects pursuant to federal, state, and local regulations.

Our team consists of highly qualified architectural historians, historic architects, conservators, and preservation planners who exceed the U.S. Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards (36 CFR 61).
