The Tampa office continues to support local clients including St. Petersburg – Clearwater International Airport, Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, Tampa Bay Estuary Program, Tampa Bay Water and the Florida Department of Transportation. This office also serves as the base for ESA’s contract with the Gulf Consortium to meet the requirements of the RESTORE Act by developing a State Expenditure Plan for economic and environmental recovery of the Gulf coast in Florida following the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
