As a principal associate specializing in water projects, Eric partners with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to evaluate alternatives and to plan for, analyze, document, permit, and monitor the implementation of water projects throughout California. From community facilitation and programmatic decision-making to complex desalination facilities, Eric advises clients from concept to completion.

Eric brings more than 35 years of experience managing large water resources planning assignments that involve complicated scopes and large project and regulatory teams. He has directed the analyses of natural resource parameters for right-of-way studies, river corridor studies, and recreational developments. He has prepared numerous environmental documents in compliance with FERC, CEQA, and NEPA requirements.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in geography from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
